7 Tangible Tools for Organizational Success

Picture

Intus is different. We provide transformational training that goes beyond the intellect by engaging emotions, intuition, imagination, and the body. This holistic approach is critical because beliefs, feelings and emotions drive personal and professional decisions.

  1. Cultural Transformation Tool (Barrett Values Center CTT) – Make the intangible, tangible through values-based assessments to know where the individuals and the organization is now, and what needs to be shifted to produce measurable results. This is critical data to launch meaningful conversations about what really matters and is measurable over time to see your tangible ROI.
  2. The Mission Mindset – Get everyone crystal clear on the Vision, Purpose, Mission and Values of the business. A shared mission drives employee engagement, connects the business to the community and builds clarity of purpose that inspires teamwork. We facilitate leadership team retreats ranging from 4 hours to 4 days to get this critical piece solid.
  3. Personality and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) – Self Awareness is at the core of EQ. Way beyond personality types, we create self-awareness and identify actionable behavior changes that really make a difference in work relationships. This improves employee engagement, retention and even recruiting the best talent.
  4. Success Habits – Proven system of principles central to happy, thriving individuals and teams. We use the best of Stephen Covey, Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy, and more. As important as the principles themselves, is the transformational, experiential training methods that create bonding, connection, self-awareness, communication skills and more.
  5. Meetings that Matter – Transform ineffective meetings into valuable results using Circle Process. Learn facilitation techniques that create authentic sharing, vulnerability, respect, greater engagement, action and accountability. Every stakeholder gets a voice, even if they don’t get a vote. Employees will support the team when they have a voice, feel heard and valued.
  6. Leadership and Barrier Breakthrough Coaching -  From executives to new hires, everyone has barriers and blocks. Coaching provides the personal skills and support to implement the values, training and systems being created. Transform good workers into great employees.
  7. College of Excellence – A series of training programs customized to the needs and goals of the business. Topics range from Customer Service, Sales Skills, Leadership Development, Goal Setting, Networking Skills, Conversational Intelligence, Breaking Down Silos, Team building, and more.

Personality Types and Beyond

Picture
One of our most popular workshops. Most people have taken some sort of personality test as part of the application process or work training program. Most people also report that they never did anything with the information and nothing really changed, Let's fix that! These tests are valuable in understanding yourself, co-workers, family and friends. What happens after you become aware of the various personality types - your own and those you interact with on a daily basis? We love helping people create self-awareness and discovering the valuable contributions of other personality types. Even more, we love helping students embrace the differences and create better relationships and higher levels of performance as a result. Having the information is great, and using the information to create space for shifts in our worldview, and curiosity in what lives outside our own comfort zone is where the magic really happens.

At Intus, we take personality types to the next level. Respect, appreciation and clear communication drive engagement. Authentic engagement drives happy productive people working with each other towards a common goal.
